The Haven Home compassionately serves under-resourced women and their children by empowering sustainable independence. They accomplish this through the provision of emergency shelter, asset-building programs and community outreach initiatives. Every Good Gift is a job training ministry for young single moms. They offer paid part-time jobs to women who are either pregnant or are parenting a young child (age 2 or under). They work daytime hours at locations that are accessible via public transit and help with the costs of transportation. Free on-site childcare is available.
