FPCA is an emergency housing program that provides shelter and services for the entire family at no cost to them. FPCA also helps families get into permanent housing.

Their services are offered regardless of Christian religious affiliation and our program is a ministry of the Catholic Church. They are primarily an infant adoption agency that places infants of all ethnicities and backgrounds with both couples and singles.
