Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay is able to walk alongside both prospective adoptive parents and those seeking to create an adoption plan for their child. They also offer financial assistance, classes and resources.

With the Sauk County Nurse Partnership program, a nurse will visit women during and after their pregnancy in their home throughout their pregnancy and until their babies are 2 years old. Fathers, family members, and friends are encouraged to attend the visits to support the mother-to-be.

The Dane County Nurse Family Partnership and Prenatal Care Coordination programs provide personal support to set goals and reach them, information on topics like healthy eating, preparing for childbirth and parenting, safe sleep, child development, staying active, breastfeeding and more. They also connect you with other community resources.

The Mapendo House provides longer term housing for women and their families.

Nurse Family Partnership gives first-time moms valuable knowledge and support throughout pregnancy and until their babies reach 2 years of age. They partner with first-time moms with caring nurse home visitors to empower them mothers to confidently create a better life for their children and themselves.

The Women’s Center of Milwaukee provides a number of essential services to women in need, including: domestic abuse counseling, rent assistance, shelter and temporary housing, family counseling and programs meant to help men assume their role as fathers.

Harmony House is a community house providing transitional housing for women in need along with those facing difficulties within the immigration system.

Sister Pat’s House provides longer term housing for women in need and their families.

Care Net provides compassionate, non-judgmental services to women and men facing a pregnancy decision. They offer help, hope, and healing through education and ongoing support.
