Northeast Nurse Family Partnership

Within the nurse home visitor program, registered nurses provide intensive prenatal, maternal and child health education and support during on going home visits. Nurses also provide information on child development, parenting skills and are certified in lactation counseling. Something for every parent! Serving families with children under 3 years old.
