Since the scholarship program began in 1991, the Assistance League has awarded single-parent scholarships totaling $858,000. You must be a custodial single parent, living on your own, apart from the other parent, with a child or children (age birth through completion of secondary school), living with you no less than 50% of the time. You must be a U. S. citizen residing in Weld County for at least one year, admitted into an undergraduate or graduate degree program, and able to provide documentation of at least a 3.0 GPA (Undergraduate), 3.5 GPA (Graduate).
