East-Central Colorado Nurse Family Partnership

Nurse-Family Partnership is a voluntary, evidence-based program that serves eligible first-time mothers at no cost to them. Nurse-Family Partnership works by having specially trained nurses regularly visit first-time moms-to-be, starting early in the pregnancy, and continuing through the child’s second birthday.
