Their permanent supportive housing programs serve men, women, and families who are homeless and whose head of the household has a documented disability. Participants live in an apartment or a house and pay 30 percent of their adjusted gross income toward rent, with their housing programs paying the balance, as well as assistance paying utilities if needed.
