Salvation Army of Omaha – Haven of Hope

Their permanent supportive housing programs serve men, women, and families who are homeless and whose head of the household has a documented disability. Participants live in an apartment or a house and pay 30 percent of their adjusted gross income toward rent, with their housing programs paying the balance, as well as assistance paying utilities if needed. Case management, referrals to community resources, individualized planning, crisis support, money management and 24-hour staff accessibility are also provided.
