Sheila D. Brown Women’s Center – Lutheran Settlement House

The Sheila D. Brown Women’s Center is a nine-unit transitional housing program for parents and their children who are experiencing homelessness or who have experienced domestic violence. The housing unit is owned and operated by the Housing Development Corporation, and they provide support services and resources to all families residing there.
